Purpose

Learnlight is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage a diverse and digital-centric team of 3, collaborating closely with our wider growth and technology divisions as well as our external support services to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth. This role provides a high-impact and visibility opportunity to ensure Learnlight’s digital activities contribute to positively driving the company’s reputation, recruitment, and revenue.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic and customer acquisition/engagement across core digital marketing channels.

Drive the evolution of our digital landscape, leading digital transformation initiatives and ensuring seamless and integrated customer experiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the wider growth, technology, and product teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, helping to provide strategic direction, mentoring and performance feedback to ensure the team’s success.

Devise strategic recommendations, implementation, and reporting for earned, owned, and paid media channels, including lead generation and nurture strategies, with agency amp; team support.

Lead the website strategy and governance process and oversee the development of enhanced functionality to improve visibility, searchability and UX:

o Lead the organic search strategy, working with marketing colleagues and specialist agencies to continuously improve our rankings across our different language sites.

o Monitor website performance and drive audits, analytics reviews, user journeys analysis, wireframes, information architecture reviews, task flows and user scenarios.

o Regularly refresh our website’s front and back-end, user experience and content.

o Provide direction for our in-house/external teams for technical, including coding and enhancements, configuring measurement and tracking.

o Troubleshoot, identify and resolve any existing issues in collaboration with Technology.

Create, track and report on objectives and KPIs. Own the reporting function across channels, campaigns, and attribution to ensure we understand performance.

Manage the digital marketing budgets working with the team to ensure resources are deployed effectively across markets and regions to maximize ROI.

Competencies amp; Skills

A strong grasp of advanced digital marketing strategies, principles, and channels that drive B2B lead generation, including, SEO, Paid Social, Display, website UX/UI, and ABM.

Ability to adapt to new technology and work with stakeholders to deliver results.

Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and successfully communicate with senior executives.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

A positive, enthusiastic, "hands-on" attitude with a strong desire to succeed.

Education amp; Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience managing global digital marketing channels and teams, navigating diverse languages, time zones, and market dynamics while prioritizing regional needs.
