WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AND WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Content Development: Research, write, and edit clear, engaging, and high-quality articles focused on various topics related to outsourcing, customer experience, and business operations. Example topics include but are not limited to:
- What to expect in a CX outsourcing relationship
- How to vet an outsourcing partner for entry-level roles
- Debunking CX metrics: Which one is right for you?
- SEO amp; Keyword Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to generate organic traffic to our content.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread and edit your own work as well as work submitted by other team members, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Subject Business Unit (SBU) heads and other internal teams for expert inputs and approvals.
- Content Strategy: Participate in the planning and execution of our content calendar, aligning with Boldr's goals and mission

Requirements
- Solid prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
