Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- In-depth knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and industry trends
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
