As a Product Owner/Product Manager for software development, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of high-quality software products. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and trends
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations
- Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into user stories and development tasks
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes
- Conduct product demonstrations to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, conducting regular reviews and taking corrective actions as needed
- Communicate product updates and milestones to internal teams and external clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software development
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product development processes, and project management principles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to gather and analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions
- Technical background with knowledge of software development languages and tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
