Job Description
RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Manager for Credit Sales Forecasting. In this role, you will play a key role in analyzing market data to accurately predict credit sales trends for our client. RPO Recruitment focuses on finding the best candidates for our clients' needs, and as the Manager: Credit Sales Forecasting, you will help drive our mission forward.
As the Manager in Credit Sales Forecasting, you will be responsible for analyzing credit sales data, identifying patterns and trends, and creating accurate forecasts to support our clients' decision-making process. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and tailor your forecast models to meet their unique needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, sales representatives, and finance professionals, to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy of forecasts.
- Effect policy change to enable achievement of strategic objectives relating to credit profitability, pricing and portfolio propensities
- Address the operational interface by liaising and coordinating with the Finance, IT and Operations teams as regards profitability, pricing and propensity related initiatives.
- Management of the Credit Profit and Propensities department
- People management
- Reporting
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in building forecast models (Sales, Propensity) or Credit Risk models (scorecards)
- At least 2 years’ management experience (leading a project or managing a team)
- Solid ability to manipultae data (SQL/AWS)
