CV-Library's innovation has made us the largest independent CV database across the UK and Ireland, with over 18 million CVs registered on our database.
Our U.S. business, Resume Library, is the fastest growing job board in North America and we have ambitious growth plans in place to take this to the next level. This role will primarily focus on the US staffing market and will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving new business revenue through the sale of access to our large resume database and advertising services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, sales training and excellent leadership skills.
Job Role:
· Effectively manage the sales team, prioritising workloads and ensuring results are delivered
· Recruit and train new team members in-line with the businesses' growth plans
· Conducting weekly 1-2-1's and quarterly reviews providing support and feedback to each team member
· Direct the sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to align sales efforts and maximize customer success
· Continually review individuals’ progress towards sales targets and KPIs, providing support where members of the team are not exceeding targets
· Coach and mentor individuals with real-time training and call listening
· Stay informed about Resume Library's products and services, participating in training programs and continuously enhancing product knowledge
Requirements
· Experience in managing, coaching and mentoring sales people in an outbound sales environment
· A proven track record of recruiting and onboarding new team members
· Experience of working to and achieving business objectives
· Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Experience with online conferencing software, such as MS Teams amp; Zoom
· Experience of working within the recruitment, job boards, ATS or the media sales industry is advantageous but not essential
