Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities within the supply chain department.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines to meet client requirements.
- Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Supervise and train production staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to job responsibilities and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and achieve cost-saving targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and execution processes.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
