Hire Resolve is currently seeking an Operations Project Lead to join our dynamic team in the Mining Industry. As the Operations Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the mining industry. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and objectives, and then develop and execute project plans to ensure successful outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all projects are executed within: Scope, Budget, Time Frames, Identify and mange resources, logistics and other requirements required by the projects
- Be the liaison between business and the service providers
- Produce regular customer feedback reports
- Conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys.
- To be the single point of contact for projects.
- To provide strategic and operational management advice to the business
- To establish Project Review Committees (PRC) for all major projects
- The PRC would involve business, project managers and the service providers
- Co-ordinate all relevant information required for projects
- Co-ordinate project meetings and business resources
- Establish Project Management Information Systems
- Facilitate processes for the identification of strategic and operational projects and initiatives that will secure the profitability and sustainability of Modikwa
- SHE compliance
Requirements
- Relevant Degree / National Diploma in Engineering / Technical / Construction discipline at NQF Level 6
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the following Engineering Management / Production / Construction / Project Management environment
- Thorough Knowledge and experience of Project Management, Enterprise Project Management systems, e.g. MS-Projects, Primavera P6, Prims and SAP Engineers Government Certificate of Competence (Advantageous)
- Project Management Professional Certification Computer literacy especially MS Office package
- Valid drivers` license
- Medically fit for the position (Red Ticket)
