RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join their team in Pinetown, KZN. As a Payroll Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll and maintaining accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, and hours worked.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate employee deductions and third-party payments.
- Handle terminations and maintain employee records.
- Compile reports, update budgets, and assist with wage inquiries.
- Manage bonus schedules, UIF documentation, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate staff taxi assistance, timesheet submissions, and ad hoc payroll duties as needed.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate with preference for Math and Accounting
- Certificate/diploma in accounting, payroll, or HR
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Sage People and Kronos time amp; attendance
- Proven Payroll experience
