Hire Resolve's client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Internal Sales Manager to join their team in Durban, KZN. As an Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our internal sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving targets. With your strong leadership skills and passion for sales, you will motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the internal sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure individual and team performance targets are met or exceeded
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
- Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the recruitment industry and stay updated on market trends
- Prepare sales reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
- Knowledge of CRM software and tools to manage and track leads and sales activities
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and drive high-performance teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- High level of resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
