Responsibilities
- Lead the development process utilizing Python Django framework
- Design, develop and test software according to best practices
- Manage and mentor junior developers
- Assist in systems analysis and planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor and maintain system performance
- Provide technical guidance to the team as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Python Django development, including proficiency with related tools and technologies
- Strong experience with RESTful API design and implementation
- Proven experience with one or more front-end frameworks (i.e. Angular, React, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Passion for technology and commitment to excellence in software development.
