Project Manager/ Scrum Master - 6 months contract

Krypton Human Capital is seeking a Project Manager/ Scrum Master to help deliver innovative digital solutions in the Fintech market. As a Project Manager/ Scrum Master, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring high quality standards. 6 months contract with possibility to extend.

• Lead agile teams, using Scrum methodology, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and scope.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage project communication and reporting, ensuring stakeholders are informed about project status, risks, and issues.
• Identify project risks and proactively manage them to minimize their impact.
• Build a strong team culture, fostering collaboration, communication, and accountability.
• Provide coaching and support to team members.

Requirements

• Experience Managing IT Software Development Projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, with proven success delivering complex projects.
• Certification in Scrum methodology (CSM or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience working in the Fintech industry is an advantage.
