WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Work with a remote-first team of on-shore and off-shore engineers, fearlessly tackling back-of-house e-commerce challenges spanning perishable SCM, finance, fulfillment, and distribution.
- Contribute ingenious, resilient, observable, and scalable code solutions, crafted with empathy and finesse.
- Collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams, conducting engineering requirements analysis to drive groundbreaking innovations.
- Ensure all software delivered meets the highest standards of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Become a catalyst for team growth by leading impactful code reviews, hosting captivating peer debugging sessions, and delivering mesmerizing demos.

- A tech-savvy wizard, fluent in Node.js, Typescript, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB, ready to weave your magic and craft scalable solutions that push the boundaries of innovation.
- A proactive communicator, possessing the ability to collaborate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment that leads to exceptional results.
- Flexibility to work within US time zone hours (UST-4 to UST -7), ensuring seamless collaboration across borders.
Requirements
YOU HAVE
- Masterful command of verbal and written English, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
- Extensive track record of at least 3 years in the software engineering realm, including a minimum of 1 year working on backend systems for cutting-edge customer-facing technology.
- Proven expertise in crafting and deploying distributed systems that can scale to new heights, with a penchant for cloud technologies (AWS services like Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, and Kinesis or equivalent technologies are a huge plus).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, effortlessly shifting gears to handle any challenge that comes your way.
