About the Role:
The Influencer Marketing Manager at SWATI is responsible for handling end-to-end influencer marketing, including finding suitable influencers for our brand, negotiating and closing deals with influencers, and ensuring that all influencer marketing work is organized, planned, executed, and delivered on time and in accordance with SWATI’s agreements with influencers. This role requires excellent project management skills as you will need to take charge of our influencer marketing initiatives, including planning, executing, and tracking influencer marketing campaigns, as well as building strong partnerships between SWATI and influencers. You must also ensure that all work is delivered on time, be in charge of our CRM tools, and regularly check that influencers remain active when working for SWATI.
This role requires you to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to establish an effective flow and scope for influencer marketing campaigns. Additionally, the Influencer Marketing Manager will analyze data and leverage analytical skills to optimize influencer marketing strategies, maximize campaign performance, and maintain SWATI’s presence in the influencer marketing landscape.
Responsibilities generally include increasing SWATI’s brand awareness, finding and managing relationships with influencers and content creators, setting up and following internal processes to ensure consistency for the inflow of content and influencer marketing, compiling reports regarding our influencer marketing efforts, and maintaining excellent organizational and time management skills.
