The Marketing amp; Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness and promote the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the automotive industry, exceptional leadership and analytical skills, and a passion for driving results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and promote AUTO24's products and services
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across all channels to engage with existing and potential customers
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing programs
- Manage and track marketing budgets and ROI to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals to drive performance and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, with a focus on the automotive industry
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and consumer behavior
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
