Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring the customer journey from funnel to conversion through the complete nurture program, ensuring Sales and Marketing’s effective response in accordance with established KPIs and SLAs.

This person will apply a Flywheel approach to all engagement, evolving our data sets into matrix-segmented verticals, and working with Sales amp; Marketing to build, implement and deliver a positive ROI across all campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful delivery of Demand Gen and Lead Gen across the complete funnel
  • Lead the data strategy for marketing, involving data collection, analysis, and reporting to boost marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to align marketing strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Work with the marketing team to devise effective campaigns, tracking their performance and tweaking strategies as necessary.
  • Manage the implementation of our complete MarTech stack including revised integration of HubSpot, Salesforce and a new website
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing operations plans to support company growth.
  • Manage our organic and paid social campaigns, building brand, awareness and personalisation
  • Update all content on our digital platforms to brand guidelines tone amp; language, in a timeous manner
  • Develop all blog and newsletter content, manage segmented distribution lists

KPI’s include:

  • Manage project risk, and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Communicate project status and issues to key stakeholders regularly.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years experience in digital marketing
  • Expertise in web/social/SEO/other MarTech Stack
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in a digital delivery role with an in-depth understanding of digital technologies.
  • Experience in managing marketing operations.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to create manage and communicate a range of data driven dashboards that promote the BP3 marketing offering
  • Proficient in using various marketing tools and technologies, including Google, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in PR amp; Communications activities, coupled with consistent social media use to strengthen brand proposition and establish credibility through Thought Leadership.
