Hustler Marketing, a leading eCommerce marketing agency, is seeking a part-time Demand Generator to join our team. As a Demand Generator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and sales for our clients. This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to meet client objectives
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and drip campaigns
- Set up and manage paid social media campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Design and create landing pages optimized for conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize results
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop new marketing strategies and campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation or a similar role
- Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram
- Understanding of basic web development technologies, such as HTML and CSS
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Benefits
- Commission based compensation, including $50 per booked appointment.
- Additional earnings through a percentage on each deal closed from your prospecting efforts.
